Restaurant & Food Service Workers Needed for Video Data Collection

Restaurant & Food Service Workers Needed in LATAM for Video Data Collection We're looking for restaurant and food service workers across Latin America (LATAM) to join a paid video data collection project capturing real, everyday restaurant and food service work. You must currently work in, or have regular access to, a restaurant or commercial kitchen — as a line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, or back-of-house staff. You'll get paid to record short video clips of your normal job tasks: cooking, food prep, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, line setup/breakdown, and trash removal. No acting, no scripts — just film yourself doing the job you already do. 📍 LATAM ONLY This project is currently open to contributors located in Latin America. Applicants must be physically located in a LATAM country and have access to a relevant workplace/environment. Tasks we're looking for We are currently collecting video of activities such as: - Commercial cooking / line cook work - Food prep (chopping, portioning, assembling ingredients) - Food production line operation - Food production sanitation / washing - General food service back-of-house tasks - Kitchen trash & recycling removal - Meal prep - Restaurant dishwashing - Restaurant kitchen deep clean - Restaurant line setup & breakdown (opening/closing a station) You do not need to perform all of these tasks. You should regularly perform at least one relevant task. 📱 Mandatory Device Requirement You must personally own one of the following approved devices. - iPhone 12 through 17 lineups (excluding 16e and 17e) - Google Pixel 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 (including Pro models) - Samsung Galaxy S21 / S22 / S23 / S24 (including + and Ultra models) No other phone models can be used. Who we're looking for You should: - Be located in LATAM - Someone currently working in food service — a home cook side-gig doesn't qualify; we need real working conditions - Comfortable being recorded doing your normal job (face doesn't need to be in frame — we're focused on hands and task execution) - Reliable and responsive — able to check in and deliver footage on a regular schedule Bonus: if you supervise or work alongside other kitchen/restaurant staff who'd also be interested, let us know — we're building small teams per location What you'll need - A smartphone (iPhone or Android — Google Pixel/Samsung Galaxy preferred) capable of recording stable video - Regular access to a restaurant, commercial kitchen, or food service line where you currently work - Ability to record hands-visible footage of your task from a consistent angle (we'll send simple filming guidelines once hired — camera angle, lighting, and audio announcement requirements) Payment will be a $600 fixed-price contract for 100 hours submitted, paid in four $150 milestones (issued every 25 hours of approved video)
