Restaurant interior design

I'm converting an existing ~6,884 SF former chain restaurant space into a new Middle Eastern restaurant concept. The kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, prep, dish-wash, and existing bar/salad bar millwork are staying in place — I need interior design help for the rest of the space, with a modern, clean-lined Middle Eastern aesthetic. I have the existing dimensional floor plan to share as a starting brief. Looking for: (1) photorealistic 3D interior renderings of the main dining room, bar/mezze area, and entrance, based on my floor plan, and (2) a detailed, itemized materials and FF&E list (flooring, lighting, seating, tile, wall treatments, ceiling) with specs and estimated quantities, suitable for sourcing from overseas suppliers (Turkey/China). Please share examples of past restaurant or hospitality conversion work in your proposal.
