Restoration Project Coordinator — Restoration and Maintenance Company Remote | Full-Time | Eastern Time (Canada) business hours We are building envelope and garage restoration company serving property managers and condo corporations across Southern Ontario. Our work includes caulking, EIFS/stucco, concrete repair, balcony and garage restoration, waterproofing, and masonry — delivered through subcontractor crews. We're looking for an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to run restoration projects end to end , from quote to completion. This is not a general admin or VA role. You must have real restoration or construction experience. What you'll do: Manage restoration jobs end to end — triage leads, quote requests, and active projects Plan project staging and sequencing; order and track materials so nothing delays a crew Schedule and manage subcontractor crews; confirm dates and follow up on progress Support take-offs, estimating, and tender/bid pricing submissions Build SOPs and checklists for recurring workflows Use Claude (AI) daily for SOPs, project files, estimating, and inbox workflow Requirements: Direct experience in restoration or construction (caulking, EIFS/stucco, concrete, waterproofing, or similar building envelope work) Experience with estimating, take-offs, or bid submissions Experience scheduling or managing subcontractors/trades Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable working Eastern Time hours, with stable internet, quiet workspace, webcam and mic for daily calls Full-time, long-term commitment (no other full-time clients) Bonus: GTA/Southern Ontario condo market knowledge, ability to read drawings, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Monday/Asana How to apply: Restoration Project Coordinator – YOUR NAME – APPLY Include: 1.
