Retail Expert for AI Training

We're looking for retail experts to help train AI using real-world retail operations experience. You should have hands-on experience and be able to draw from your own past work—not hypothetical scenarios. Available for flexible, remote contract work starting ASAP. What you'll do: - Create a prompt based on a realistic retail work scenario, using reference materials from things you've actually worked on (e.g., operations reports, merchandising plans, inventory reports, sales dashboards, workforce scheduling, promotional plans) - Create a solution to the task you authored - Create a rubric to evaluate AI responses against your professional standard - Get paid per successful submitted task What we're looking for: - Store, District, or Regional Managers - Retail Operations Professionals - Merchandising Specialists - Category Managers/Buyers - Inventory or Supply Planning professionals - Pharmacists or other licensed retail specialists - Or similar retail experience - Real hands-on experience—able to draw on your own past work, not hypothetical scenarios - Available for flexible, remote contract work starting ASAP To apply, please share: - What domain you're an expert in and your relevant experience (role, years, industry) - Any AI training/evaluation work you've done before - Resume
