Review Editor - Science Journal

We are looking for a detail-oriented editor with hands-on scientific journal experience to support manuscript review and decision preparation. The work includes submission screening, verifying completeness, performing section-by-section checks for scientific quality, formatting, policy compliance, and reproducibility, and evaluating reviewer comments to help compile a clear final decision package for authors. Strong critical thinking to assess whether claims are supported by data, plus excellent written communication for structured, professional email responses, are essential. Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in life sciences or related fields. Strong understanding of scientific methodology and reproducibility standards. Prior experience in scientific publishing, peer review, or editorial processes preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written communication skills. Familiarity with manuscript formatting standards and referencing styles. Ability to evaluate scientific claims and data support critically.
