Revit BIM Expert for Permit and Construction Drawings

We run an architecture firm in Jamaica, offering a full range of services from concept to contract administration. We are looking for freelancers who can take our final Design Development Revit models, and develop them into a final set of permit drawings. These permit drawings will be eventually taken into construction drawings as well. We work 100% in revit, so extremely strong revit skills are needed. Our projects range from residential, to office/commercial and hospitality buildings. You will start by cleaning up the Design development model, creating consistency across model elements, improving joints and overall model quality. You will then move into developing the model's information abd geometry for approval purposes. We have a revit template and we can share examples of other permit sets and models we have done in the past.
