Summary

Phase 2 – Revit Content Library Development We are looking for an experienced Autodesk Revit Content Developer to assist with Phase 2 of our transition from AutoCAD to Revit for commercial restaurant projects. This project is a continuation of a previous contract. We already have an established Revit content library, and the successful freelancer will expand it while maintaining the same modeling standards, parameters, quality, and functionality established during Phase 1. Scope of Work The project consists of three primary deliverables: 1. Revit Equipment Families Develop all remaining Revit equipment families listed in the attached Missing Equipment Families List. Requirements: Follow the same modeling standards established during Phase 1. Maintain the same parameters, visibility controls, and family behavior. Keep all families lightweight, organized, and production-ready. Maintain consistency with the existing Revit library. The attached equipment list forms part of this contract. 2. Revit Finish Library Develop a reusable Revit finish library based on the supplied finish elevations (Plan A10), finish schedules, and finish specification sheets. All wall assemblies shall include the required finish components such as baseboards, tiles, wainscotting, paint, trims, and other finish elements as applicable to accurately reproduce the supplied CAD standards. The following finish assemblies are required: Public Area Wainscotting Public Area Full Wainscotting Washroom Vestibule Service Area Tiles Back of House FRP and Baseboard Floor Finish – FT-1B The finish library should include all required Revit materials, finish tags, annotation families, drafting components, filled regions, patterns, and any additional supporting content necessary to produce finish plans, elevations, and finish schedules comparable to the supplied CAD drawings. The Contractor may determine the most efficient Revit workflow (Families, Detail Components, Filled Regions, Materials, Tags, etc.). The objective is to achieve a final drafting output that closely matches the supplied CAD standards in both appearance and functionality. 3. A1 Revit Title Block Package Create a replica of the supplied CAD title block as a native Revit Title Block Family. The Client will provide the CAD title block, company logos, finish references, and supporting reference files. The completed title block package shall include, but is not limited to: A1 Revit Title Block Company Logos Project Name Drawing Title Sheet Number Drawing Information Sheet Information Revision Table Notes Template Sheet Tags Scale Graphics North Arrow / Project North Symbol Graphic Symbols Borders and Linework Any additional title block elements, annotation families, or supporting content required to accurately replicate the supplied CAD title block. The Contractor is responsible for creating or recreating any additional content necessary so that the completed title block package functions and appears as closely as possible to the supplied CAD standard. Deliverables Upon completion, provide: All completed Revit Family (.RFA) files Complete Finish Library Material Library Annotation Families Tag Families Detail Components Filled Regions Drafting Components A1 Revit Title Block Package Updated Revit project containing all developed content Project Requirements Autodesk Revit 2024 Strong experience creating parametric Revit families Experience developing BIM content libraries Excellent attention to detail Ability to accurately reproduce existing CAD drafting standards Commercial and/or restaurant project experience is preferred Timeline Project Duration: 8 calendar days Please provide periodic progress updates throughout the project. Budget Fixed Price: USD $250 Reference Files Provided The Client will provide: Missing Equipment Families List CAD Title Block Company Logos Finish Schedules Finish Specification Sheets Wall Finish Elevations (Plan A10) Previous Revit Library (Phase 1) Additional reference files required for accurate reproduction Acceptance Criteria The project will be considered complete when: All equipment families listed in the attached equipment list have been completed. All required wall assemblies and floor finishes have been created. The finish library reproduces the supplied CAD drafting standards. The A1 title block package accurately replicates the supplied CAD title block. All title block elements, sheet tags, notes templates, and annotation content function correctly. All deliverables are editable, production-ready, and consistent with the standards established during Phase 1. All agreed revisions within the project scope have been completed. The Client has reviewed and approved the final deliverables.
