Revit Drafter / BIM Technician

We are seeking an experienced Revit Drafter / BIM Technician to convert existing architectural designs from PDF, AutoCAD, or both into a fully realized, highly accurate 3D Revit model. The goal is to build an organized, parametric model that reflects the provided layouts without errors. Scope of Work: Accurately convert 2D AutoCAD files (.dwg) and/or PDF architectural drawings into an efficient 3D Revit model (.rvt). Model key architectural elements including correct wall types, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and basic interior fixtures based on provided specifications. Maintain correct project coordinates, levels, grids, and standard dimensional accuracy. Ensure clean BIM practices by utilizing proper families, avoiding overlapping elements, and maintaining an organized project browser. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Autodesk Revit (please specify which version you use, preferably Revit [e.g., 2024 / 2025 / 2026]). Strong proficiency in reading complex architectural blueprints and AutoCAD files. Solid understanding of architectural construction standards, wall assemblies, and spatial scaling.
