Hi there! I'm seeking a proactive individual to be my right-hand person and a manager in setting up and running a virtual assistance agency. I would like someone that is ambitious, realistic with me and my goals, and that wants a long-term role with growth and stability. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing virtual teams. In this role, you will essentially be helping me to start this from the ground up, and I honestly think this role is more of a partnership role than anything.
