Summary

This project is focused on creating RingCentral basic dial out accounts for three SDRs based in the Philippines. The work will consist of - Customizing RingCentral with necessary feature to enable basic dial out and system usage - Creating a voice message for each SDR - Working the necessary processes to ensure we avoid SPAM Filter issues calling cell phone - Documenting the work briefly and submitting brief status reports. This is the most basic ramp up possible, we will not be integrating with the CRM. Just single line dial out features with a voice mail message recorded and 30 minutes of user training for each SDR.
