Title: RingCentral Administrator / SME | Account Setup, 10DLC & Number Warming Specialist Project Type: Short-Term / Hourly (Estimated 5–10 Hours) with ad-hoc Long term expansion of system users Job Description: We are launching a targeted healthcare sector SDR pilot (2 offshore callers) and are seeking a seasoned RingCentral Administrator to handle technical account configuration, carrier compliance, and phone reputation safeguards. Key Responsibilities: 10DLC & Brand Registration: Guide the submission of Tax ID/EIN assets for TCR (The Campaign Registry) brand/campaign approvals for outbound dialing/SMS. Caller ID & Spam Mitigation: Set up CNAM configurations and register new outbound DIDs on major carrier reputation portals (Free Caller Registry, Hiya, First Orion). Number Warming Schedule: Provide an actionable daily dial-ramping schedule for new SDR DIDs to ensure high answer rates. User & Queue Provisioning: Assist in configuring SDR softphone extensions, voicemail boxes, and manager call-monitoring/recording permissions. Qualifications: Proven experience administering RingCentral (RingEX) for outbound sales/SDR teams. Direct experience with 10DLC TCR filings and carrier spam-mitigation registries. Clear communicator available for brief syncs. Please briefly mention RingCentral experience in the axis of # of years and # of deployments.
