Riverside Live Podcast & Multi-Platform Studio Optimization

Project Overview We are an established podcast and media brand expanding our live podcast and video programming across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. We currently use Riverside and have already produced live broadcasts. We are looking for an experienced Riverside specialist or live podcast producer to professionally optimize our existing Riverside studio and live production workflow. This is an IMPLEMENTATION project. We are not looking for someone to simply tell us what Riverside can do, provide a generic consultation, or send us a list of recommendations. We need someone who can work directly with us to configure, optimize, test, and operationalize the studio. Scope of Work The selected specialist will: Audit our current Riverside setup Configure Riverside for professional live podcast production Create and optimize branded studio layouts Configure host and guest layouts Set up lower thirds, logos, backgrounds, overlays, and other brand elements Optimize audio and video settings Configure live streaming to appropriate social platforms Optimize layouts for YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social distribution Establish an efficient guest onboarding process Configure recording and backup settings Help establish intro, outro, transition, and live-show workflows Test the complete system through a test broadcast Create a simple SOP our team can follow for future broadcasts Conduct a final handoff/training session What This Project Is NOT This is NOT: A general social media consulting project A basic Riverside tutorial A strategy-only engagement A Canva design project Someone simply operating Riverside during one episode Someone sending us YouTube videos explaining how to configure the platform We want the system BUILT and IMPLEMENTED. Final Outcome At completion, our team should be able to open Riverside, bring in a guest, select the appropriate branded production setup, and professionally broadcast a live podcast with minimal additional setup. Ideal Candidate You should have direct experience with: Riverside Live podcast production Multi-platform livestreaming Video podcast production YouTube Live Facebook and/or LinkedIn Live Professional podcast branding and layouts Audio/video optimization Experience working with established podcasts, thought leaders, media brands, or interview shows is strongly preferred.
