Riverside Podcast Editor - Long/Short form

What we're doing We publish a weekly podcast recorded in Riverside, and we're looking for one reliable editor to own post-production long term. Each episode comes to you as Riverside's separate local tracks — individual video and audio files per speaker — and goes back to us as a finished episode plus a batch of vertical clips for social. Right now we're producing [2] episodes a week, roughly [45–60] minutes of raw recording each. Volume is likely to grow, so we'd rather find one person to grow with than rotate through freelancers. What you'd be doing — per episode Full episode (video + audio): Sync the Riverside multitrack files and cut a clean multicam edit — switch between speakers on the beat of the conversation, plus a wide/split view where it works Remove filler words, long pauses, false starts, crosstalk and tangents that don't earn their runtime, without making it feel over-edited Audio: noise reduction, de-essing, repair of room noise, clipping and mic bumps; level-match every speaker Mix and master to podcast standards (-16 LUFS stereo, true peak under -1 dB) Light colour correction so both cameras match Drop in intro, outro, lower thirds, ad reads and any b-roll or screen-share we send Deliver: master video file for YouTube, audio-only file for the podcast feed, and chapter timestamps Flag anything that needs a re-record or shouldn't make the final cut
