Roblox builder / 3D modelers / UI developers needed for roblox games

I run a Roblox studio with shipped, live games and I am looking for a builder to handle map design and environment art. My scripting and systems work is already covered. I need someone who can make a place look and feel good. What you'd be doing Building complete game maps in Roblox Studio: layout, structures, props, terrain Lighting and atmosphere setup, including Future lighting, fog, and color grading Set dressing so spaces feel intentional rather than empty Working from a style reference board I provide, and matching it closely What I need from you Strong native Roblox Studio building experience (this is not a Blender role) Solid understanding of performance: part counts, StreamingEnabled, mobile framerate Clean organization, properly anchored parts, sane pivots, sensible naming You deliver the .rbxm source file, I handle uploading and publishing You can take written direction and iterate without needing to be micromanaged How this works First job is a small paid trial, one contained area, fixed price. If it goes well there is steady ongoing work across multiple games. I pay per map or per area, fixed price agreed up front, and I pay on time.
