B-Roll & Content Editor for Daily MMA Commentary Channel ($1,500 - $1,800/mo) Job Description We are seeking a reliable B-Roll Specialist / Video Editor for a fast-paced, daily MMA commentary YouTube channel. This job requires very little traditional editing. You will receive raw talking-head footage where the host speaks in full, continuous takes. Your main job is to find and overlay relevant MMA B-roll on top of the footage, and insert standard sponsor reads/overlays when required. What You Will Do: Take single-take, raw talking-head videos (5 to 10 minutes long). Source and overlay relevant, accurate MMA B-roll (fighter photos, press conference clips, weigh-in footage, articles, tweets) as the host speaks. Insert sponsor reads/overlays: Seamlessly drop in pre-recorded sponsor segments, promo code graphics, or ad slates when required. Render and deliver up to 5 videos per day on recording days with fast turnaround times along with 60-sec sponsor promos. Requirements: Hardcore MMA / UFC Fan: Since you are choosing the B-roll on the fly, you must know the sport inside and out. When a fighter, event, or past fight is mentioned, you should immediately know what visual to pull up without needing a timestamped guide. 100% Daily Reliability: We record 5 days a week. You must be consistently available and responsive on recording days to grab footage, drop in B-roll/sponsors, and send the final render back out quickly. Basic Timeline Mastery: Comfort using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve to quickly drop media and sponsor assets onto a video track. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $1,500 – $1,800 / month (based on speed, accuracy, and reliability). Workload: 5 days/week (approx. 3–5 short videos per day).
