Romanian Speaking Sales Closer

We’re hiring a high-ticket Sales Closer to join a growing online coaching business focused on helping women transform through personalized fitness and nutrition programs. Role: Run Zoom sales calls with qualified leads Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, and non-converted leads Identify client needs and recommend the right program Guide prospects toward a decision and close sales professionally Update the CRM and collaborate with the team Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training Requirements: Experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in coaching, online services, fitness, or education Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills Confidence in 1:1 consultative sales calls Organized, responsible, and self-driven Familiar with tools like Zoom, Google Calendar, and CRM systems Conversational English Fluent or native Romanian What we offer: Fully remote role with a flexible schedule High commission and strong earning potential Ongoing sales and personal development training Growth opportunities within the team
