Russian Language Community Coordinator Needed (Native Russian Required)

We are looking for a Native Russian-speaking Community Coordinator to support participant outreach for an ongoing language data collection project. This role is ideal for someone who understands Russian-speaking communities, has strong local connections, and can communicate professionally in both Russian and English. The main goal is to help us connect with genuine native Russian speakers who are interested in participating in paid voice recording sessions for a language research project. Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with native Russian speakers who meet project requirements. • Conduct outreach through relevant communities, social networks, and personal connections. • Communicate professionally with potential participants in Russian and English. • Explain project requirements and answer participant questions. • Assist with participant screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. • Maintain basic recruitment progress updates and participant status tracking. Requirements: • Native-level Russian speaker. • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) required. • Strong understanding of Russian-speaking communities. • Experience with community outreach, social media groups, participant coordination, localization, translation, or similar activities is preferred. • Reliable, organized, and able to manage communication independently.
