We're a web agency looking for an independent salesperson to develop the Russian-speaking business markets of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia and the Baltic states — business customers only. THE WORK You find small businesses with weak or missing online visibility, you speak to the owner, and you close the sale yourself. There is no sales team behind you picking up where you stop. The usual sequence: you identify a business, register it in the workspace we provide, and request a free audit report. Our team writes it and it reaches the owner under your name. A day or two later you follow up by phone or email and discuss what the report found. If they want to move forward, you issue the contract from the same screen — they sign online and pay by card, and the sale attaches to your personal code automatically. Prices are published and fixed, so there is no bargaining, no custom proposal and no quotation to prepare. Everything after the sale is handled by us: the optimisation work, the website build, the client support. WHAT WE PROVIDE A CRM workspace tracking your prospects, clients, sales and commissions live. A professional email address with ready-made templates. Free audit reports on request. Online quote and contract generation, displayed in the client's own language and currency. A Russian onboarding kit covering the pitch, the objections you'll actually hear, the pricing grid and product sheets. Every prospect you register is reserved to you for six months — nobody else can earn on them. WHAT WE DON'T PROVIDE Contact lists and a phone line. You source your own prospects and use your own calling tools. PAY Commission only. No retainer, no hourly rate, no base pay. - Search optimisation plans: 30% of the first-year amount, then 10% for each year the client renews - Website creation: 20%, one-time, no renewal - Combined packages: 25%, then 10% on each renewal year - Custom work: 15%, then 5% Commission is earned when the client's payment clears, not on signature. If a client is refunded within thirty days it is reversed. Payments are released through Upwork after each collected sale. CONDITIONS No minimum volume, no exclusivity, no imposed hours, no mandatory script. Long-term collaboration: the portfolio you build keeps paying you in the years that follow. One point to be clear about before you apply: we cannot serve clients based in Russia, for sanctions-compliance reasons — no quote or contract can be issued there. Every other Russian-speaking market listed above is fully open. REQUIREMENTS Native or C2-level Russian, experience in B2B sales or phone prospecting, and self-employed status. Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing is a plus — we train you on the product. PROCESS No interviews. Everything is handled in writing here on Upwork.
