SAP Finance Data Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance data consultant to integrate financial data from our SAP environment with external reporting, analytics, and operational systems. The project requires more than moving tables between platforms. We need someone who understands SAP financial structures, accounting relationships, and reconciliation requirements well enough to preserve the meaning and accuracy of the data throughout the integration process. The work may include: - Review the current SAP Finance data structure and reporting requirements - Identify relevant financial tables, fields, relationships, and business rules - Extract data from SAP ECC or S/4HANA - Integrate general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost center, profit center, asset, and controlling data - Build reliable ETL or ELT pipelines - Transform SAP data into reporting-ready models - Connect SAP Finance data with cloud warehouses, BI platforms, or other business systems - Reconcile balances and transaction totals against SAP source reports - Resolve missing, duplicated, or inconsistent records - Implement automated data-quality checks - Support historical-data migration where required - Document mappings, transformations, dependencies, and refresh procedures - Improve pipeline performance, reliability, and maintainability The ideal consultant has hands-on experience with SAP Finance data, SQL, data integration, and financial reporting. Experience with SAP FICO, S/4HANA, SAP BW, APIs, IDocs, OData, cloud data platforms, or tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, or Power BI would be valuable. The final solution must provide accurate, traceable, and dependable financial data that can be used confidently for reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, and business decision-making.
