Restoration Inbound is a digital marketing agency focused on helping restoration and home services companies grow through smart, results-driven marketing. We work with clients across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, combining SEO, paid ads, and lead generation strategies to help our clients dominate their local markets. About the Role We're looking for an experienced SEO Expert to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies for our restoration and home services clients, helping them rank higher, generate more qualified leads, and grow their businesses through organic search. What You'll Do -Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for restoration and home services clients -Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies -Perform SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement -Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation building -Build and execute link-building strategies -Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics -Collaborate with content and PPC teams to align SEO with broader marketing goals -Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices -Present clear, actionable performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders What We're Looking For - 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience a plus) - Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic - Strong understanding of local SEO, especially for service-area businesses - Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics - Solid understanding of technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, schema markup, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines - Experience in the home services or restoration industry is a plus
