Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – NDIS Business (Sydney, NSW) We are a growing NDIS provider based in Sydney, NSW, looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and strengthen our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google, social media, and other online channels. Develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns to attract NDIS participants and referral partners. Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimise our online presence through SEO, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing strategies. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously improve marketing efforts. Build brand awareness and increase engagement across all digital platforms. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong understanding of Google Search, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Experience in the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector is highly desirable.
