SEO Overhaul Project for Healthcare Website (Organic Google Rankings Only)

We are a neuroscience and mental health clinic located in Austin, Texas seeking an experienced SEO specialist to perform a comprehensive SEO overhaul of our existing website. This is not an ongoing monthly SEO position. This is a fixed-price project spanning 1 month where we expect you to thoroughly analyze our website, identify why our service pages are not ranking well in Google's organic search results, and implement the changes necessary to improve those rankings. Once the 1 month overhaul is complete , we expect the project to be finished while we allow Google time to recrawl and re-evaluate the website. If your approach is based on indefinite monthly retainers, this project is probably not the right fit. Our Goal: Our only objective is to improve Google's organic search rankings for our highest-value service pages in the Austin market. Instead, we are looking for someone who can identify why our existing pages are not ranking and implement the necessary improvements. Website Design This is extremely important. We invested significant time and money creating a modern, high-end website that has generated substantial business through direct referrals and paid advertising. We will not sacrifice the quality, aesthetics or user experience of our website simply to improve SEO rankings. We expect the person we hire to understand how to improve organic search performance without compromising the design or user experience. If your strategy requires replacing our website with a generic SEO template, stuffing pages with keywords, or significantly degrading the visual experience, this project is not a good fit. Strong SEO should enhance an excellent website, not ruin it. Please include a detailed breakdown of exactly what you plan to change and why.
