SEO & Performance Marketing Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Consultant who can provide senior-level strategic guidance and, over time, potentially operate as a SEO Consultant for our company. The initial engagement will begin with a comprehensive SEO and performance marketing audit to understand what is currently working, what needs improvement, and where we should focus our efforts for maximum impact. Based on the audit, the consultant will be expected to develop a clear strategic roadmap, guide our execution team, audit implementation, and continuously improve our organic and paid growth. The broader strategic scope will cover SEO, Google Ads/PPC, paid social (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), analytics, conversion optimisation, and overall performance marketing. We are looking for someone who can make high-level, data-driven decisions, translate insights into actionable priorities, and ensure that the execution team is working against the right strategy and business objectives. This is not an execution-focused role. We already have an execution team handling implementation. We need a senior strategic consultant who can first assess and audit our current marketing ecosystem, identify gaps and growth opportunities, and establish clear priorities and direction.
