SEO Specialist | SEO + AEO/GEO for Home Services

I’m looking for an experienced SEO specialist who is up to date with modern SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies and has experience working with home service businesses, especially roofing, HVAC, and plumbing companies. The main goal is to improve organic visibility, local search rankings, and visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other LLM-based search experiences. What I’m looking for: Strong understanding of traditional SEO, Local SEO, AEO, and GEO Proven experience with roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or other home service businesses Keyword research and content strategy focused on generating qualified leads On-page and technical SEO optimization Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization Content strategies designed for both traditional search engines and AI search Understanding of entity optimization, topical authority, schema, citations, and other modern SEO techniques Ability to analyze competitors and identify ranking opportunities Experience tracking rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other important SEO metrics How I like to work: I value clear communication, transparency, and consistent progress.
