SEO Specialist — AI SEO & Organic Growth We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist who understands modern search, technical SEO, content optimization, and the growing impact of AI-powered search engines and answer platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SERP research. Optimize on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema, and content structure. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues involving crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, and sitemaps. Build and improve topical authority through strong content planning and internal linking strategies. Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO opportunities and turn data into clear action plans. Develop strategies for AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility in AI-generated search results. Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT-style search experiences, answer engines, featured snippets, and conversational queries. Understand structured data, entities, semantic SEO, E-E-A-T, citation opportunities, and content credibility signals. Work with AI tools for research, content briefs, optimization, analysis, and SEO workflow automation while maintaining content quality. Required Skills Strong experience with technical, on-page, and content SEO. Advanced keyword research and search intent analysis. Strong understanding of Google ranking systems and SEO best practices. Experience with AI SEO, GEO, AEO, semantic search, and entity optimization. Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO auditing tools. Understanding of schema markup and structured data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create clear SEO briefs and optimization recommendations. Comfortable using AI tools to improve SEO productivity without relying on low-quality automated content.
