SEO Specialist

We’re looking for an exceptional SEO specialist to take ownership of our organic acquisition channel. This is not a generalist marketing role. We already have an established business and a proven SEO channel, and we’re looking for someone with a strong track record of growing organic traffic and, most importantly, converting that traffic into paying customers. Responsibilities: - Own and execute our SEO strategy. - Identify and target high-value commercial keywords. - Grow qualified organic traffic. - Improve rankings for strategically important keywords. - Identify content and on-page SEO opportunities. - Manage and improve our link-building strategy. - Continuously analyze what is driving organic customers and double down on what works. - Work closely with the content team to ensure content is created based on actual search and acquisition opportunities. KPIs: - Constant growth in qualified organic traffic. - Increase in rankings for target keywords. - Growth in new customers acquired through SEO. What we’re looking for: - Proven experience growing SEO for SaaS, technology, or similarly competitive businesses. - A strong understanding of commercial and technical SEO. - Demonstrable results, not simply experience managing SEO projects. - Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute a strategy. - Strong analytical skills and a focus on revenue and customer acquisition rather than vanity metrics. Compensation: We are not looking to hire someone simply because they have good SEO knowledge. We will only hire if we have very high confidence that you have the track record and ability to materially grow this channel. And can prove it!
