AI SEO & Structured Data Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI SEO & Structured Data Specialist (agency or freelancer) to help improve the visibility of a large multi-location website across AI-powered search platforms and implement advanced structured data across the site. This is an ongoing engagement with the opportunity for a long-term partnership. Scope of Work We are not looking for an audit. We already have a clear implementation plan and are looking for a partner who can execute it and provide ongoing optimization. 1. AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Your responsibilities will include: Improving visibility across AI search platforms, including: ChatGPT Google Gemini Microsoft Copilot Perplexity AI Optimizing website structure and content for AI discoverability. Ensuring AI crawlers can efficiently access and understand website content. Configuring and optimizing: robots.txt llms.txt XML sitemaps Monitoring AI search visibility and recommending continuous improvements. Keeping up with the latest developments in AI search and GEO best practices. 2. Structured Data (Schema.org) Implement and maintain structured data across the website, including: Organization WebSite LocalBusiness (when applicable) Product/Service Offer FAQ Breadcrumb Review ImageObject VideoObject Any additional schema types that improve search visibility Responsibilities include: Implementing schema across all relevant page templates. Validating structured data. Resolving markup issues. Monitoring enhancements and Rich Results. Recommending new schema opportunities as search engines and AI platforms evolve. Required Experience We're looking for someone with proven experience in: Technical SEO AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Schema.org implementation Google Search Console Bing Webmaster Tools robots.txt XML sitemaps llms.txt Crawl optimization Working closely with development teams Experience with large websites containing hundreds or thousands of pages is highly preferred. Engagement Long-term monthly engagement. Implementation and ongoing optimization. Estimated budget: around USD $1,500/month (negotiable based on experience).
