SEO + Website Technical Expert Needed to Recover Sudden Traffic and Sales Drop

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO and technical website expert to help us identify and fix a sudden and significant drop in website performance and sales. Our website business dropped significantly almost from one day to another. Around the time the drop happened, several things changed: * WordPress plugins were updated * A new plugin was installed * Changes were made to the server * Changes were made in Google Tag Manager We have investigated the issue internally together with our developer, but so far we have not been able to identify the cause or recover the previous performance. What we are looking for: This is not a standard SEO audit. We are not looking for someone who will run the website through SEO tools, generate an AI report and send us a list of recommendations. We need someone who can work across both technical website issues and SEO. You should be comfortable looking at: * Website code and WordPress * Server changes and technical configuration * Plugins and possible conflicts * Google Tag Manager * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * Crawling and indexing * Technical SEO * Organic traffic and ranking changes * Conversion and tracking issues * Anything else that could explain a sudden change in website performance You will have direct access to our website developer throughout the project, as well as access to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and any other tools reasonably required to investigate the issue. The deliverable is a recovery, not a report: This is important. The job is not completed when you have provided an analysis or recommendations. We are looking for someone who can identify the likely cause, work with us and our developer to implement the necessary changes, and then verify whether those changes actually improve the numbers. We expect recommendations to be actionable and implemented during the project. The milestone will be considered completed when we can see that the changes implemented are producing a measurable recovery in the affected website numbers. We understand that SEO performance cannot always be restored instantly and that external factors may also affect traffic. We therefore expect the successful freelancer to clearly identify which metrics should recover, what evidence will demonstrate that the issue has been fixed, and what reasonable validation period is required. ## When applying Please include: 1.
