SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

I need to hire a freelance SEO and digital marketing specialist for a B2B technology services company based in North Carolina. We offer custom software development, system integration, automation, and cloud/DevOps support to small and mid-sized businesses. Right now we have some online visibility but plan to optimize it. We don’t show up in search results for our services. I need someone to handle SEO strategy and execution, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, LinkedIn content strategy for B2B, and website content improvements for search rankings. This is project-based work, not full-time. I want someone with proven B2B experience, not e-commerce or consumer brand marketing. They should be able to show past results with rankings they’ve improved for service-based companies. I also want someone who can look at our full online presence and tell us what’s broken and what’s missing: not just execute a checklist I give them. They should audit everything and come back with their own recommendations. I want to see how they think, not just how they follow instructions. If they do strong work, there’s potential for an ongoing role as we grow.
