SHOPIFY/ECOMMERCE Lawyer- Consultant/Legal Help For Copyright & Brand Protection

We're a direct-to-consumer supplement brand selling primarily through our own Shopify store, and we're looking to hire an attorney with real experience in trademark, copyright, DMCA, and brand protection for a paid 1–2 hour consultation call. We're not in crisis mode — we're trying to get ahead of things. We have trademark applications pending, but we have had a few of copycats pop up, so we know this is going to keep happening as we scale. We want to build the right defenses now rather than react later. Topics we'd like to cover on the call: What's actually protectable in our business (brand name, product name, packaging, ad creative, site copy, images) and how to lock it down How to file clean, effective DMCA takedowns through Shopify and other hosts — what makes a notice work vs. get ignored Brand protection on Amazon (Brand Registry, hijackers, unauthorized sellers) and other sales channels and the perks/use cases (we currently have brand registry approved on 3 of our trademarks for now) Protecting our ads and assets on Meta and Google, and what recourse we have when competitors copy or run our creative General playbook: what to do the first time we see a counterfeiter, a copycat site, or a knockoff listing We'd send over relevant context before the call so you can review and come prepared. Ideally this becomes an ongoing relationship if it's a good fit. We're looking for someone who's done this work hands-on, not just theoretically, and who's happy to explain things clearly and answer a lot of questions.
