SOP & Process Builder (Marketing Company)

Hello! I own a marketing company and I am looking for someone to understand my business and map out and write processes for my team The struggle: Our processes/SOPS are all over the place and outdated! The outcome I am looking for: Each team member should - Have a clear ramp up process when they're hired - Know their exact role and what their responsible for - Know what KPI's they should hit on a daily, weekly, and monthly timeline - Who to report to and more! Also: - Our onboarding process should be easy for clients with written steps for each team member - A mind map of our entire business process We use clickup, and I already have the systems built, I need someone who is very experienced in operations and process building to clean up our systems You also must have an understand of our tools we so thoroughly map processes out (Clickup, GHL, Make.com etc)
