SPFx Developer for Workflow Platform Implementation

Senior SPFx / SharePoint Online + Power Automate Developer MECG – Middle East Contracting Group is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online developer to implement our internal workflow platform using SPFx, React, TypeScript, SharePoint Lists/Libraries and Power Automate. The solution architecture, workflow logic, UI/UX designs, HTML prototypes and much of the functional specification are already prepared. This is primarily an implementation, integration, testing and code-correction project, not a design-from-scratch engagement.The MECG SharePoint Online production architecture, document libraries, permissions and folder structure are already created and validated and should not be redesigned. The 13 workflow applications already have UI/HTML prototypes and functional/workflow specifications. Some workflow-specific SharePoint Lists, columns, status fields and metadata structures may still need to be created or adjusted during implementation. An existing working PR Power Automate workflow will be provided for integration/review. The remaining modules will require their defined automations. We want a reusable SPFx/React architecture shared across the 13 apps, while preserving the different business workflow rules of each module. English/Arabic bilingual UI and Arabic RTL support are required. Full production SPFx development, deployment, integration and testing are part of the developer’s scope. Scope Implement 13 workflow applications/modules: 1. Purchase Requisition – PR 2. RFI 3. Shop Drawing 4. Material Submittal 5. Transmittal 6. Inspection Request – IR 7. Material Inspection Request – MIR 8. NCR 9. Variation Order – VO 10. Client IPC 11. Subcontractor IPC 12. Petty Cash 13. Car & Messenger Request The developer will: * Convert supplied HTML/UI prototypes into production-ready SPFx React applications * Build the workflows using a reusable/common SPFx architecture * Connect applications to existing SharePoint Lists, libraries and metadata * Integrate our existing Purchase Requisition Power Automate workflow * Develop simple Power Automate workflows, notifications and approvals for the remaining modules where required * Implement workflow status, history, dashboards, registers and user actions * Maintain bilingual English/Arabic UI requirements * Respect the existing SharePoint production architecture and permissions * Deploy and test the SPFx solution in SharePoint Online * Support UAT and correct implementation issues * Provide complete editable source code, .sppkg packages and technical handover Required Skills Strong practical experience with: * SharePoint Online * SPFx * React * TypeScript * PnPjs * SharePoint REST / Microsoft Graph * Power Automate * SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries * SPFx App Catalog deployment * Git / source control Please provide examples of real SPFx business applications and Power Automate workflows you have personally developed. We prefer a developer who can work with an existing architecture and prototypes rather than redesigning the solution
