Summary

I am an MBA student seeking an experienced SPSS and SmartPLS 4 / PLS-SEM statistical consultant to provide hands-on guidance, review, validation, and interpretation for my quantitative research. This is a statistical consulting/tutoring engagement. I am not requesting thesis writing or completion of assessed academic work on my behalf. The objective is to work through the analyses with an expert so that I can understand, reproduce, independently report, and defend the results. (Research Model) Study: The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Occupational Safety Performance: The Moderating Role of Safety Culture in the Saudi Energy Sector. IV: Strategic Leadership (SL) DV: Occupational Safety Performance (OSP) Moderator: Safety Culture (SC) 24 items (8 per construct), 5-point Likert scale Final target: approximately 384 valid responses A pilot test was conducted with 47 participants and showed excellent initial reliability. No questionnaire items were changed afterward. Therefore, the 47 pilot responses are intended to be included within the final sample of approximately 384 responses. Required Statistical Support 1. Pilot Test (n = 47) Guide me through reproducing and verifying the pilot reliability analysis, including Cronbach’s Alpha, Corrected Item-Total Correlations, relevant thresholds, interpretation, and identification of any reliability concerns. 2. SPSS – Final Dataset Hands-on guidance, review, and validation covering, where appropriate: Data screening/cleaning, missing values, and outliers Normality and relevant data-quality checks Descriptive statistics and demographic analysis Common Method Bias Final-sample reliability Any other necessary preliminary/diagnostic assessment 3. SmartPLS 4 / PLS-SEM Guide me through and validate the appropriate: Measurement Model: Outer Loadings, Cronbach’s Alpha, rho_A, Composite Reliability (CR), AVE, convergent validity, HTMT/discriminant validity, and VIF. Structural Model: Bootstrapping, Path Coefficients (β), t-values, p-values, Confidence Intervals, R², f², Q², and SRMR where methodologically appropriate. 4. Hypotheses & Moderation The analysis covers: H1: SL → OSP H2: SL → SC H3: SC → OSP H4: SC moderates the SL → OSP relationship For H1–H4, I need clear statistical evaluation and interpretation of the relevant coefficients, significance, confidence intervals, effect sizes, and Supported / Not Supported decisions. For H4 specifically, I require guidance on the appropriate SmartPLS moderation procedure, interaction effect, statistical significance, effect size where appropriate, and Interaction/Simple Slope Plot, with clear interpretation of the direction and meaning of the moderation effect. (What I Expect) I am not looking for generic SPSS/SmartPLS tutorials. I need hands-on statistical guidance using my research data, including: Demonstration and review of the appropriate analyses Validation and troubleshooting of statistical outputs Explanation of why each relevant analysis is used and the applicable thresholds/criteria Clear interpretation of the findings and hypothesis decisions Review of relevant statistical tables and figures Guidance on appropriate academic reporting so I can independently prepare my Results and Discussion sections Relevant working outputs from the guided analysis for learning and reproducibility Reasonable follow-up regarding statistical feedback from my academic supervisor (Deliverables / Working Files) Copies of the relevant working files and outputs generated during our guided analysis, including SPSS data/output files (.sav/.spv), SmartPLS 4 project/output files, Excel files containing relevant analytical tables/data, and Word files containing organized statistical outputs, tables, figures, and charts, including the moderation interaction plot. Files should be clearly labeled and support review and reproducibility of the analysis. (Data Integrity Requirement) No responses, outliers, questionnaire items, indicators, or data should be removed, excluded, modified, or manipulated merely to improve statistical results, significance, reliability, validity, model performance, or hypothesis support. If any exclusion, item removal, or model modification appears methodologically necessary, the consultant must clearly explain and justify it to me before any action is taken. Any decision must be based on legitimate methodological/statistical criteria rather than the desired outcome. The original data and original results must remain transparent and unchanged, and any justified exclusions or modifications must be clearly documented. If any analysis listed in this job post is not methodologically appropriate, please explain why and recommend the correct alternative rather than simply omitting or mechanically applying it. (Required Experience) Strong experience with IBM SPSS, SmartPLS 4, PLS-SEM, measurement and structural model assessment, moderation analysis, reliability/validity assessment, and postgraduate quantitative research is required. Previous statistical consulting/tutoring experience with master’s or PhD research is strongly preferred. (When Applying) Please briefly provide: 1- Your relevant SPSS / SmartPLS / PLS-SEM and moderation experience. 2- Your proposed approach to this research model. 3- Your total fixed price for the complete scope. 4- Your expected timeframe after receiving the final dataset. 5- Confirmation that reasonable statistical follow-up related to supervisor feedback is included. Please provide your own fixed-price quotation based on the complete scope described above.
