U.S. SaaS Attorney Needed ASAP – Terms, Privacy, Data Processing + Trademark

We are preparing to pilot a new AI-powered SaaS platform for ecommerce businesses and need a U.S. attorney who can help us complete the immediate legal requirements before real merchants begin using the platform. Development is currently underway, so we are looking for someone who can begin ASAP. The immediate work needed is: 1. Terms of Service Draft/review Terms of Service appropriate for an AI-powered SaaS platform Terms need to be ready to publish on our website before pilot users begin using the software 2. Privacy Policy Draft/review a Privacy Policy appropriate for our platform and the data/connections it uses Policy needs to be ready to publish on our website It should be suitable for our Shopify/Meta-connected functionality and upcoming platform/app review requirements 3. Data Processing Terms Determine what data-processing terms are required for the platform Draft them as a separate agreement or incorporate them into the Terms of Service where appropriate 4. U.S. Trademark / Name Clearance Conduct a comprehensive trademark clearance search for our proposed business/software name Assess potential conflicts and likelihood of registration Recommend appropriate class(es) Advise on filing strategy and prepare/file the application if the name is clear The actual business name will be provided privately to selected attorneys and will not be included in this public job posting. We would ideally like someone with experience in SaaS, AI/technology companies, ecommerce platforms, privacy/data processing, and U.S. trademarks.
