UPWORK JOB TITLE SaaS Product Demo Specialist Needed for AI MedSpa Platform — Consumer and Spa-Owner Demos JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced SaaS product-demo specialist to create polished, professional demonstrations of MedSpa Blueprint AI, an AI-powered consultation and business-intelligence platform designed for individual beauty consumers and spas/medspas. The platform serves two distinct audiences: 1. Individual consumers seeking personalized skin analysis, treatment education, skincare guidance, and ongoing progress support. 2. Spa and medspa owners using the platform to offer white-label AI consultations, capture leads, manage client activity, and review business insights. We need both customer journeys presented clearly and persuasively. This is not a software-development position. We are looking for someone who can understand an existing SaaS platform, plan the demonstrations, write the scripts, record the software, and edit the final videos. PROJECT OBJECTIVES The finished demonstrations should: * Explain the platform in simple, compelling language * Show the actual user experience from beginning to end * Demonstrate the value for both consumers and spa owners * Look premium, modern, trustworthy, and easy to understand * Use only functioning, approved features * Avoid exaggerated medical or clinical claims * Be suitable for our website, sales presentations, onboarding, investor presentations, social media, and outreach campaigns CONSUMER DEMO The consumer-side demonstration should show the approved, production-ready parts of the customer journey, which may include: * Creating an account and signing in * Selecting a personal membership * Completing the consultation questionnaire * Uploading appropriate skin images * Receiving an AI-powered skin assessment * Viewing the Beauty Score and Skin Age * Reviewing identified skin concerns and contributing factors * Receiving a personalized Beauty Blueprint * Viewing immediate, 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, and 365-day recommendations * Reviewing skincare ingredient guidance and at-home routine recommendations * Viewing professional treatment categories and suggested frequency * Using the AI Coach * Using the Progress Tracker * Viewing monthly progress reports * Using the Treatment Simulator * Finding nearby providers through the geolocation feature * Upgrading or managing a subscription SPA-OWNER DEMO The spa-side demonstration should show the approved, production-ready parts of the business journey, which may include: * Creating or accessing a spa account * Selecting a spa subscription plan * Adding the spa’s logo, colors, and branding * Setting up the spa profile and booking link * Sharing the spa’s white-label consultation experience * Showing how a client completes a consultation * Demonstrating how the resulting lead appears in the spa dashboard * Reviewing the client’s consultation information * Assigning and updating leads where available * Viewing lead statuses and activity * Reviewing basic analytics * Reviewing Business Intelligence AI reports * Inviting team members and assigning roles * Managing multiple locations where available * Reviewing multi-location analytics where available * Demonstrating the custom subdomain or branded client experience * Showing how the platform supports lead capture, consultation education, and booking conversion The final storyboard must be approved before recording. Some features are undergoing final production testing, so nothing should be presented as functional unless we confirm it is ready. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES 1. We will provide brand assets, approved terminology, temporary demo accounts, and guidance regarding which features can be shown. IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE AND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS * Only approved demo accounts and fictional customer information may be used. * No real patient, client, lead, payment, or personally identifiable information may appear. * Any accidentally visible private information must be removed or blurred. * The freelancer may be required to sign an NDA. * Access credentials must not be shared. * All downloaded platform data and temporary credentials must be deleted after the project. * The demonstration must not make medical diagnoses, guarantee results, or add unsupported claims. * The freelancer must not make changes to the live platform without written authorization. IDEAL CANDIDATE You should have demonstrated experience with: * SaaS product-demo videos * Software walkthroughs and onboarding videos * Screen recording and professional video editing * Scriptwriting and storyboarding * Motion graphics and interface callouts * AI, healthcare, beauty, medspa, wellness, or technology products * Explaining complex software in clear, customer-friendly language * Tools such as Camtasia, ScreenFlow, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, Final Cut Pro, or similar software Experience creating both B2C and B2B product demonstrations is strongly preferred.
