SaaS Product Tutorial & How-To Video Creator

We are looking for someone to work directly with our team to learn our SaaS application, SigninLink, and create a professional library of short Welcome, Getting Started, and How-To videos for our customers. This is not simply a video editing position. We need someone who is comfortable going through a software application, understanding how each feature works, identifying the steps a new customer needs to follow, and turning those workflows into simple, easy-to-understand instructional videos. What You’ll Do You will work with us to: Learn the SigninLink platform and its different features Go through the application with us feature by feature Understand both the business/admin side and the customer experience Help identify which How-To videos should be created Develop a logical onboarding and training video library Write or refine short scripts and voiceovers Screen-record the actual application Add zooms, highlights, arrows, callouts and captions where helpful Edit the recordings into polished, professional videos Create consistent intros/outros and branding Update videos as features or workflows change Types of Videos We Need Examples include: Welcome to SigninLink Getting Started with Your Account Setting Up Your Sign-In Finding and Using Your QR Code Customizing Your Sign-In Adding a Digital Waiver Setting Up ID Collection Setting Up Staff Notifications Using Loyalty Points Appointment Booking Setting Up Aftercare Information Viewing Daily Activity Searching and Exporting Records Customer Check-In Experience Additional feature-specific tutorials Most videos should be approximately 1–3 minutes and focus on one specific task. Who We’re Looking For The ideal person has experience creating tutorials for: SaaS applications Web applications Mobile apps CRM platforms Online software or technology products You should be comfortable using screen-recording and video-editing tools such as Camtasia, Screen Studio, Loom, Descript, Adobe Premiere, CapCut or similar software. More importantly, you should be able to look at software from the perspective of a first-time user. We do not want someone who simply records whatever we tell them to click. We want someone who can say: “A new customer may not understand this step. If we work well together, this can become an ongoing relationship because we will continue adding features, industries and new customer workflows.
