## SaaS Product Video Creator / Screen-Recording Specialist We are hiring a detail-oriented freelancer to build an ongoing video library for two SaaS products: - **Automatyc:** AI voice and SMS agent that answers calls/texts, books meetings, manages customer conversations, and requests/responds to reviews. - **Automation Channels:** software that connects YouTube channels to Automatyc and helps automate channel growth. ### What you will do - Log into provided demo accounts and record clean, high-quality walkthroughs of key workflows and modules. - Capture Automatyc use cases: AI phone calls, SMS conversations, appointment booking, reviews, lead/customer handling, and business outcomes. - Capture Automation Channels workflows: connecting YouTube, using automation modules, growth workflows, and reporting. - Record matched workflows in **GoHighLevel** to create evidence-based comparison footage showing where Automatyc is simpler, faster, and more reliable. Do not make unsupported claims; show the actual steps, friction, or failures on screen. - Create short, vertical `9:16` phone-shot clips of a computer screen, with a hand operating the product. These should feel native to TikTok/Reels, not like a desktop screen recording. - Organize every deliverable into a searchable library with clear filenames, categories, keywords/tags, short descriptions, and timestamps. - Produce raw screen recordings plus selected short clips that can later be assembled into faceless YouTube videos and social content. ### Quality Requirements - Clean `1080p+` desktop captures, crisp cursor movement, no personal notifications, no client data, no cluttered desktop. - Mobile clips should be steady, well-lit, vertical, and free of screen flicker/moire. - Capture authentic product use, not generic stock footage. - Any revenue, call, review, or analytics proof must be authorized, sanitized, and redact private/customer information. - Follow our recording checklist, naming convention, NDA, and demo-account access rules. ### Ideal Background - SaaS product demos, tutorial creation, UGC-style software videos, screen recording, and short-form editing. - Comfortable learning unfamiliar tools quickly and documenting repeatable workflows. - Experience with GoHighLevel is a major advantage. - Strong judgment around visual clarity, privacy, and demonstrating software value. ### Engagement - Start with a paid pilot batch of workflows. - Strong performers will receive recurring work as the product and content library expand. - Please quote a rate per completed workflow/video batch, not only an hourly rate. ### Required Application Material - Send links to 2–3 relevant examples: SaaS walkthroughs, software demos, screen-recorded tutorials, or phone-shot product clips. - If you do not have a direct example, create a short private sample showing any comparable SaaS workflow: one clean desktop walkthrough plus one vertical phone-shot clip of that workflow. - Include a brief note explaining your recording setup, editing tools, and experience with GoHighLevel or comparable platforms.
