SaaS Terms of Service & Platform Compliance Legal Expert

We are looking for an experienced technology / SaaS legal professional to help us review third-party platform terms, understand applicable contractual restrictions, and develop robust legal agreements for our own SaaS business. Our software operates within the sales, marketing and professional networking technology space, so we need someone who understands: SaaS Terms of Service and customer agreements Third-party platform Terms of Service and acceptable-use policies API, automation and software integration terms Data usage and privacy considerations Account access and user-authorisation provisions Limitations of liability and indemnification Subscription, billing and cancellation terms Suspension and termination provisions Customer responsibilities and prohibited-use clauses Risk allocation between a SaaS provider and its customers A key part of the project will involve researching the agreements and policies of major professional networking and sales platforms, explaining clearly what they permit, restrict or prohibit, and helping us understand how these provisions may affect our business model. We also want assistance drafting or improving our own: Terms of Service SaaS Subscription Agreement Acceptable Use Policy Privacy/Data provisions Customer responsibilities Disclaimers and limitation-of-liability clauses We are not simply looking for a template. We need someone who can understand our actual SaaS model, identify legal/commercial risks, and structure agreements around how the service genuinely operates. Experience with SaaS, technology platforms, software automation, APIs, data/privacy, or online-platform agreements would be highly beneficial.
