SaaS customer account set up administrator

Your job will be to assist in setting up new customer accounts on our platform goodseeker.com. You will be responsible for collecting new customer setup forms and using that information to configure accounts and support basic onboarding. This includes branding, Setting up campaigns, Entering data, inviting users, and other product onboarding requirements. Upon completion from customers of an input survey, you will take that information to complete their account setup, with a goal of under three hours. Minimal conversation with clients is expected. But you may be required to communicate via email to assist customers in completing their onboarding forms. Must have extremely strong written English, experience with digital design tools,
