US Sales Account Executive (Outsourcing)

We are a fast-growing outsourcing company based in the Philippines, helping U.S. businesses scale through high-quality offshore talent. We provide dedicated professionals across accounting and administrative support/back-office operations and expanding IT, paralegal and other business functions, enabling our clients to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional service. As we continue to expand in the U.S. market, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about building relationships, closing new business, and helping companies solve staffing challenges. Responsibilities - Identify and prospect qualified businesses through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and social selling. - Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs. - Present our outsourcing solutions and communicate the value of offshore staffing. - Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements. - Close new business and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM. - Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure successful client onboarding. - Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. - Represent the company professionally at virtual and in-person networking events when appropriate. We provide hourly rate payments + 10% to 15% commission on annual revenue.
