Sales Closer — Inbound Calls - Medical

We're hiring one person to handle inbound calls from people who've already expressed interest through a detailed qualification form. The role You'll work a queue of inbound leads. Each call ends in one of a few places: a scan booked ($199–$500), a conversation started about our clinic programs ($2,000–$6,000), or a follow-up scheduled. Leads who don't book on the first call become your responsibility to work. You'll log calls, dispositions, and outcomes in our CRM, and carry weekly and monthly targets. Requirements Closing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or high-ticket services Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly Self-directed — this role has minimal day-to-day supervision Comfortable working in a CRM Reliable internet and a quiet workspace Compensation Base retainer plus commission per brain map sold. Tiered structure with escalators as performance holds steady.
