Sales & Customer Support Specialist (Luxury Car Rental)

We work with premium fleet partners who handle the vehicles, insurance, delivery and operations. Our job is simple: Generate leads → Close bookings → Deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are building one of Dubai’s fastest-growing luxury car rental brands and are looking for a motivated sales professional to grow with us. ⸻ Responsibilities * Respond to WhatsApp enquiries within 2 minutes whenever possible. * Answer incoming phone calls. * Reply to website enquiries. * Follow up with all leads. * Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs. * Close bookings. * Update CRM after every interaction. * Coordinate confirmed bookings with our operations partner. * Upsell longer rentals and premium vehicles. * Request customer reviews after each rental. * Build long-term relationships with repeat customers. ⸻ Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Excellent communication skills. * Strong sales ability. * Customer-first attitude. * Experience using CRM systems. * Comfortable working with WhatsApp Business. * Reliable internet connection. * Available for full-time work.
