Sales-Driven A5 Flyer Design (2 Flyers) — Corporate Services, Direct Mail

We're a Singapore based corporate services firm (incorporation, accounting, tax, GST, and grant advisory) sending physical direct mail to newly incorporated companies. We need a designer to take our draft content and turn it into two polished, double sided, print-ready A5 flyers that convert on first glance. The flyers: 1. GST Registration & Filing — promoting our GST compliance service, hooked around a free eligibility check 2. PSG Xero Grant — promoting government-funded Xero setup (up to 50% funding), hooked around a free grant eligibility check What we have already: A reference flyer we like the design language of (CIMB SME Startup Bundle, attached) — bold color-blocked layout, circular "stamp" badge for the key hook, clean feature icons, QR code + contact strip at the bottom Brand colors: navy ( #0B2558) and yellow ( #F5C200), logo available on request What we need from you: - Elevate the visual design - better typography pairing, spacing, iconography, and print polish. - Keep it conversion-focused: this is direct mail to a cold prospect, first 3 seconds matter - Deliver both flyers as a matching pair (shared visual system, distinct per-service accent/hook) - Front page to leave a space to paste our sticker label (Label size: 70 mm wide × 29.7 mm high) - A5 portrait, print-ready (bleed + CMYK), plus a digital/WhatsApp-shareable version Deliverables: - 2x print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3mm bleed, 300dpi) - 2x web-res PNG/JPG versions for digital sharing - Editable source files (AI, INDD, or Figma — your preference) Requirements: - Strong portfolio in print/direct-mail flyer design, ideally B2B financial or professional services - Comfortable working from provided copy (light copy tightening welcome, but this isn't a copywriting gig) - Fast turnaround — this is going into an active mail campaign To apply, please include: - 2–3 portfolio examples of print flyers or direct mail pieces - Your estimated turnaround time - Fixed-price quote for both flyers as a pair
