Sales & Lead Generation Partner for Webflow Development Agency (Commission-Based)

I run a Webflow website development business specializing in high-converting landing pages for startups, SaaS companies, and small businesses. I'm looking for a motivated sales/lead generation partner to help me find and close new clients. What you'll do: • Find potential clients who need landing pages or Webflow websites (via LinkedIn, cold outreach, online communities, job boards, etc.) • Qualify leads and introduce them to me • Help nurture prospects until the deal closes The deal: • 30% commission on every project that comes from your lead • No cap on earnings — the more clients you bring, the more you make • Each successful deal = a new Upwork contract + payment + 5-star review on your profile • After 3-4 successful clients, we sit down and discuss a long-term partnership structure Who I'm looking for: • Someone with experience in sales, lead generation, or business development • Familiarity with the web design/development space is a plus • Strong communication skills in English • Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and outreach • Looking for a long-term partnership, not a one-off gig This is a great opportunity if you're a hustler who wants uncapped earning potential without being tied to fixed hours.
