Sales Operations Assistant to Sales Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, organized *Sales Operations Assistant* to work directly with our CRO and help manage our high-ticket sales team for our Ecommerce Coaching Business. **You MUST have experience with:** • Whop • Fathom • Close CRM • Google Sheets • Claude + ChatGPT • Reviewing and analyzing sales calls **Responsibilities:** • Monitor CRM and follow-ups and call timings • Review sales calls and flag issues • Track sales KPIs and reporting • Monitor payments in Whop and reconcile all payments • Help keep closers and setters accountable • Assist the CRO with daily sales operations We want someone proactive who understands sales and can become the CRO’s right-hand person. **To apply, send your experience with the tools above and your availability.** Thank you!
