Sales manager for digital high ticket offers(US Based Offers)

We're a 7-figure publishing company in the biz opp info space. We partner with creators and influencers, build offers for them from scratch, and run everything behind the offer: the funnel, the paid traffic, and the sales team. Our last two offers grossed $400K in their first two months, with no high-ticket backend yet. No closers, no setters. The buyer lists haven't been touched. You'd be building that from the ground up. What you'll own: The full sales side across all our offers Front lines of every new launch: working buyers, follow-up, saves Building the high-ticket side once an offer validates: recruiting closers and setters, training scripts, running the floor The numbers, the scripts, the CRM (GoHighLevel), and rep comp plans Requirements: You've built a remote sales team from scratch before, not just managed an existing one You've personally closed high ticket on the phone You know the biz opp / make-money info buyer Experience recruiting and cutting reps fast GoHighLevel CRM fluency This is a long-term role, not a one-off project. As we launch more offers, your team and your earnings grow with the portfolio. Compensation: Monthly retainer plus performance bonuses tied to everything your team closes, paid through Upwork.
