Visiting Wrld runs luxury group retreats in Thailand, Bali, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Around 40 guests per trip, high price point, everything handled for them. In 2027 we launch Visiting Local, a packaged event-weekend product for major LGBTQ+ events in US cities, starting with NYC Pride. Clients buy a tier and get a full weekend of event access, hotel rates, vendor perks, and our own events. Both businesses run on partnerships. We need someone who owns them. WHAT YOU'LL BE SOURCING AND NEGOTIATING For the retreats: Villas and private properties in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and new destinations Private chefs and catering Ground transportation, drivers, and airport transfers Excursion operators, boat charters, guides Photographers and videographers Wellness providers: massage, yoga, recovery For Visiting Local: Hotels and room blocks in the event city Bars, clubs, restaurants, and nightlife venues Food vendors and catering for our owned events Event organizers running parties, day parties, and official programming during the weekend Community organizations, Pride orgs, and anything else operating in the LGBTQ+ space in that city For both: Brand sponsorships. Companies that want their product in our welcome boxes, at our events, on our retreats, or in our content. Liquor, apparel, wellness, travel gear, apps, anything with an audience overlap Advertising and co-marketing deals with brands who want access to our audience WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS You find the right people, get them on the phone, and negotiate a deal that works for us. That means rates, group discounts, commission splits, comped inventory, exclusivity, and clear deliverables on both sides. You take it from first contact to signed agreement, then keep the relationship warm so we can renegotiate as our volume grows. You'll also support the sales side, both B2B and B2C, when partner conversations turn into revenue conversations. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU You have personally sourced and closed partnership or vendor deals. Not appointment setting. Deals where you negotiated terms and someone signed You can explain what the other side got out of it, not just what you got Comfortable negotiating internationally. Villa owners in Bali and hotel sales managers in New York are different conversations and you can run both Genuine familiarity with LGBTQ+ nightlife, events, and community organizations. This is our audience and the wrong tone kills a deal before it starts Strong written English. Our brand voice is direct and clean, no fluff Organized enough to run a pipeline and a partner roster without being managed daily Available during US Eastern business hours for calls HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED Hospitality, travel, or events industry background Existing relationships with hotels, venues, or brand marketing teams Please submit a resume and documentation of previous work and what you achieved.
