Salesforce Administrator / Automation Specialist

This is a practical, hands-on Salesforce role for someone who wants to help a mission-driven non-profit strengthen the systems that support ethical sourcing, biodiversity, certification, verification, membership and other processes. You will work in a highly customised Salesforce environment, improving automation, documentation and long-term maintainability while leaving the platform clearer than you found it. UEBT is looking for a technically capable Salesforce administrator and automation specialist who can understand business processes, support existing solutions and improve the platform safely. This role is primarily focused on Salesforce administration & Flow management, with some documentation and operational improvement, plus light Apex and integration support where needed.
