We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, AWS Amazon Connect, and AI automation to help us audit, migrate, and enhance an existing AI phone system. The project involves migrating an existing AI phone system from SimpleTalk.ai to AWS Amazon Connect while maintaining the current functionality and minimizing disruption. This is not a greenfield project. We’re looking for someone who can understand an existing architecture, identify improvements, and implement the migration and automation end to end. What You’ll Be Working On • Review and assess the existing SimpleTalk.ai system and Salesforce integration. • Migrate and improve existing AI call flows into Amazon Connect. • Build AI-powered call flows for lead qualification and routing. • Connect website, phone, email, and Salesforce into automated lead management workflows. • Implement lead deduplication and automated lead assignment. • Build lead scoring and speed-to-lead tracking. • Automate Salesforce updates based on phone and AI interactions. • Implement reliable AI-to-sales representative transfers. • Build callback workflows and customer tracking. • Create dashboards and reporting for sales and management teams. • Test, troubleshoot, and improve the overall system. You should be comfortable working across architecture, development, testing, integrations, and deployment. Experience migrating an existing AI voice or call-center system is highly preferred. We are especially interested in candidates who can evaluate an existing system, understand what is already working, and improve or migrate it without unnecessarily rebuilding everything from scratch.
