Salesforce CRM Developer | Apex, LWC, Integrations & AI

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across sales, service, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Salesforce Flows, asynchronous processing, REST API integrations, and Salesforce CRM implementations. Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, or other Salesforce AI capabilities is highly desirable, as we are looking to incorporate intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows into our CRM environment. This is a hands-on development role with a strong focus on scalability, clean architecture, automation, integrations, security, performance, and enterprise-grade Salesforce development practices. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration. Build reusable Apex classes, services, trigger frameworks, controllers, and automation components. Develop and maintain bulkified Salesforce triggers following best practices. Implement asynchronous processing using Queueable, Batch, Scheduled Apex, and other appropriate Salesforce patterns. Develop custom Lightning Web Components for business-specific CRM functionality. Design Salesforce automation to streamline sales, service, and operational processes. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and integration patterns. Implement and support Agentforce, Einstein, and AI-assisted Salesforce workflows where applicable. Work with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to improve CRM processes and user productivity. Apply Salesforce security best practices including sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, object permissions, and field-level security. Ensure solutions are designed around Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable long-term fixes. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, release planning, and technical documentation. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Required Technical Skills 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong Apex development experience. Advanced SOQL knowledge. Strong experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC). Salesforce Trigger development and trigger-handler architecture. Experience with Queueable, Batch, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing. Strong Salesforce Flow and automation experience. Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Salesforce REST API and external system integrations. Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and CRM architecture. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and bulkification. Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications. Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or Salesforce AI capabilities. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Experience with Agentforce implementations. Experience with Einstein or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
